Below please find our return policy. Please note that by purchasing goods from Ophora Water Technologies, you have agreed to the following terms.

DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE/FILTER RETURN POLICY

Any cartridge or filter suffering from a manufacturing defect may be exchanged within THIRTY (30) days of the date of purchase. “Defects” are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

For defective system products purchased at ophorawater.com, please contact us at info@ophorawater.com within THIRTY (30) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return and a return e-mail address.  An Ophora customer representative will contact you.

SYSTEM LEAKAGE

We are sorry to hear that the system leak detector is beeping. Please go to our website’s FAQ or click on this link http://www.ophorawater.com/faq, there is a video that explain how to shut off your leak detector and call us to walk you thru this problem.
