What You’ll Do
As our Business Development & Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales of OPHORA’s premium water systems to the most discerning clients in health, wellness, and luxury living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert High-Quality Leads: Close incoming inquiries for whole home systems, point-of-use systems, and spa/pool installations.
- Strategic Market Development: Build partnerships with integrative health clinics, medspas, biohacking brands, builders, and luxury architects.
- Sales Process Management: Use tools like PandaDoc and CRM to manage proposals, configure systems, track deals, and streamline customer touchpoints.
- Playbook & Process Building: Develop and refine sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and objection-handling tools. Build replicable systems for quoting, closing, and onboarding across our product lines.
- Product Education: Help prospective customers understand the unmatched performance, oxygenation benefits, and long-term value of OPHORA systems.
- Own Your Pipeline: Manage every stage from lead to close, track performance in CRM, and help refine systems to increase conversion, efficiency, and lifetime value.
- Customer Relationships: Develop trust and loyalty with high-net-worth individuals, wellness professionals, and industry influencers.
Who You Are
- A top-performing closer with experience selling high-value systems or wellness technology
- Passionate about health, performance, and clean living
- Experienced working with high-end clients and complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated, accountable, and excited to help build a category-defining company
- Comfortable navigating wellness, home building, or luxury service industries
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven success with premium or technical products ($5K–$400K+)
- Familiar with CRM, proposal tools, and long-cycle sales strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background in water, filtration, wellness, or functional medicine is a major plus
