As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-performing Operations Manager to streamline and elevate our post-sale experience.
What You’ll Do
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our systems business—coordinating order fulfillment, installations, and client success across multiple departments. You’ll help turn every sale into a seamless, white-glove experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment Coordination: Track and manage orders from close to completion—working closely with Sales, Production, and Install teams
- Scheduling: Oversee install timelines, technician schedules, and client communications to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
- Inventory Oversight: Track system components, manage restocks, and align production timelines with installation needs
- CRM Management: Help select and manage a CRM platform to centralize order status, customer touchpoints, and fulfillment workflows
- Customer Communication: Provide post-sale updates, proactively solve issues, and ensure a luxury experience through final delivery
- Systems Optimization: Build repeatable processes in Airtable or similar tools to improve efficiency, accountability, and tracking
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the hub between Sales, Production, Installation, and the Client
Who You Are
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and obsessed with follow-through
- Experienced in operational roles within a home water filtration, wellness systems, or high-end home services company
- Comfortable managing details, timelines, and communication across teams
- Driven by quality and customer satisfaction—but also know how to move fast
- Familiar with tools like Airtable, QuickBooks, or CRM systems (or excited to learn)
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or fulfillment
- Industry experience in water filtration, plumbing/HVAC, or wellness systems strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong comfort with digital tools (email, task trackers, spreadsheets, CRM)
- Ability to work hybrid from Santa Barbara HQ
